Jaynes can work with you and your Design Team to develop a virtual construction model of your project. Jaynes can expand the virtual model to coordinate all major trades throughout the construction process. The automated collision-checking module identifies and resolves spatial conflicts prior to fabrication and installation to alleviate unnecessary changes orders and eliminate constructibility conflicts in the field.

By developing the virtual construction model, Jaynes can facilitate a subcontractor’s knowledge of their scope of work, determine conflicts within their scope and help them expedite the fabrication and installation of the work. 3D building models are employed in the field to significantly enhance the subcontractor’s level of understanding of the building structure. BIM models are exported to 2D and 3D DWF files and viewed by field personnel on field laptop computers and used as the basis for regular job meetings.
