Description:

FT position available for a creative, organized and experienced RFP writer with a background in construction and marketing communications to become a team member within our group of professionals in the Business Development Department.

Qualifications:

Candidate must be proficient in writing and editing all outgoing proposals as well as style recommendations and overseeing the development of graphics for all proposals. Minimum five years exp as a marketing communications writer with significant exp preparing and managing construction proposals, writing project descriptions and award submittals, interview presentations, Company newsletters, press releases, corporate messaging in terms of advertising editorial content and layout. The position encompasses work for all The Jaynes Companies offices on an as needed basis. A four year degree and background in construction or architecture preferred. Knowledge of project delivery systems is highly desirable. Jaynes provides Pre-Construction Services, General Contracting, Construction Management At-Risk, Design Assist and Design-Build services to the private and public sectors.
