Jaynes Corporation won a NAIOP Spotlight Award for the Cox Communications project in the Redevelopment Project of the Year category at the 12th Annual Spotlight Awards event hosted by NAIOP Southern Nevada. The event was held at the newly opened Palazzo Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada and brought together more than 600 attendees to celebrate the best commercial real estate projects and professionals of 2008. The winners were selected by a panel of judges made up of industry leaders from neighboring markets.
