Jaynes Las Vegas Awarded Contract for F-16 Hangar/Maintenance/Operations Facility

October 01 2009 - Jaynes Corporation Las Vegas was awarded a design and construction contract at Nellis Air Force Base.

Jaynes Corporation was recently awarded the contract for the design and construction of the F-16 Aggressor Hangar/Aircraft Maintenance Unit and Green Flag Operations Facility at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The project consists of a 38,513 square foot combined hangar with an aircraft maintenance facility, a 20,000 square foot operations building and an outdoor athletic complex. Jaynes Corporation has teamed with KMA Architecture & Engineering to complete the 24 month project.

The project will be designed and constructed to obtain LEED certification when completed in 2011.
