Jaynes New Mexico Safety Team is on the Job!

September 08 2008 - Jaynes New Mexico Safety Team receives recognition for their diligence in achieving safety excellence.

Jaynes New Mexico Safety Team received recognition for their outstanding 2007 safety records at the annual Associated General Contractors Safety Awards luncheon on August 21, 2008.

As a member of the New Mexico Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America, Jaynes New Mexico was recognized for their achievements in safety excellence. The New Mexico Chapter received First Place in AGC's 2007 National AGC Safety Awards Program, in the category for Chapters with fewer than 50 General Contracting Members.

The lost workday day incidence rate for the AGC New Mexico Building Branch for 2007 was .35, as compared to the national AGC building division average of .77. The contractor awards are determined by AGC of America through a statistical tabulation of incidence rates based on hours worked and lost workday cases.
