Jaynes Corporation Broke Ground at the Las Cruces Convention Center Project

Jaynes Corporation broke ground at the Las Cruces Convention Center project on Monday, June 29th.

The new 55,000+ square foot facility will be located near New Mexico State University, at the corner of University Avenue and Union Avenue. It will be built on a 10-acre site and feature over 30,000 square feet of meeting space, an exhibition hall and a ballroom. The $21+M project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2010.

The land it will be built on is newly annexed from the New Mexico State University. The project is designed to achieve LEED certification.
