PMS Farmington Community Health Clinic – Medical Office Building

The Farmington Community Health Center is a 29,200 SF LEED Silver single story primary care facility. The Community Health Center consolidates an existing clinic, which was housed in an old Piggly Wiggly grocery store. The new facility consolidates their clinic with programs for mental health, dental, laboratories, and a pharmacy under one roof, as well as, increasing their capacity to 36 exam and procedure rooms. This project was largely completed without an architect as the architect chose to leave the project fairly early on in the process. Jaynes stepped up and successfully achieved LEED Silver.

As a Project Manager for Presbyterian Medical Services I have worked with Jaynes for 18 years on a number of large and small projects, in that time there has never been one project when we were not fully satisfied with Jaynes and their employees.
