The new 55,000+ square foot facility will be located near New Mexico State University, at the corner of University Avenue and Union Avenue. It will be built on a ten-acre site and feature over 30,000 square feet of meeting space, an exhibition hall and a ballroom.

The land it will be built on is newly annexed from the New Mexico State University. The project is designed to achieve LEED certification.
