This project consists of constructing a new 33,678 SF 2-Story building with 120 seat City Council chamber, more than 100 offices, expanded lobby and front counters. The plans will more than double the size of the current building, as well as provide space for new employees in the future. Surrounding the structure are several gardens, including a cobblestone streambed.

The new building will be the final addition to the city of Murrieta’s Town Square, a comprehensive civic space that includes a new police station, library, and senior center.
