The project consists of construction of a main steel framed multipurpose building with a balcony and a second floor food service area and 3 single story steel-framed buildings for meeting rooms, lounge and service. The buildings are primarily clad in horizontal wood siding. This new conference center will be situated behind the beach and just above a small bluff.
