This project consists of 4 new buildings totaling 123,000 sf, and a 40 acre site development. The two main buildings (totaling 78,000 sf) will house 130 offices with enough shelled space to add 60 additional offices. There are also numerous conference rooms, break rooms, and file rooms.

The two other buildings are a shop and warehouse. These buildings feature two 10 ton overhead bridge cranes, seven jib cranes, mezzanines, as well as 30 more offices. The site includes a 70,000 gallon water storage tank, two pump houses, and an on-site sewer treatment unit.
