Transitional Rehabilitation Facility
Jaynes Corporation recently completed the Advanced Health Care facility of Las Vegas. The project is a 30,000 SF transitional rehabilitation facility consisting of 38 resident rooms with physical therapy and occupational therapy facilities on an 8 acre site at Jones Ave and Sunset Rd. The facility includes high-end finishes throughout the patient rooms and common areas, with upscale amenity features. The negotiated project was completed in mid-March, 2011.
