Site Development and Retail Center
Aliante Market Place project included the site development and building construction for American Nevada Company. The North Las Vegas neighborhood retail center located in the Aliante master planned community. The first phase of the project included the development of the site including earthwork, wet & dry utilities, asphalt paving, concrete and landscaping. The second phase of the project was the construction of a 43,200 square foot concrete tilt-up in-line building as well as four structural steel and metal stud framed pad buildings totaling 23,100 square feet.
