This multi-faceted project consisted of the demolition of the old jail and Sheriff's Building, the renovation of the existing four-story 41,864 square foot historic courthouse and a major addition of a new 59,000 square foot three-story building. The renovation and new addition are used as court space and house the court clerk, court administration, District Attorney, judicial chambers and offices, jury deliberation rooms, four new courtrooms, and one historic ceremonial renovation courtroom, as well as additional juvenile jail space.
