New church facility including a sanctuary, classrooms offices and site development
The 11,000 square foot Church Alive facility on the West side is the first phase of a 10-acre total site master plan. The first phase included a 300-seat sanctuary, classrooms, administrative offices, and site development for 80 parking spaces and buffer landscaping.
The main church facilities and senior activity center are located on the lower, flatter area for ease of access, mountain views and a low-key image from the street. The steeply sloping site is terraced for maximum utilization, and functional parking. The site is designed for ease of parking lot growth, and utilities are sized and located to accommodate growth.
