The Sunport III Hangar is a 67,400 square foot manufacturing facility leased to Eclipse Aviation for their final assembly painting operations. The factory provides open floor space for up to four paint booths and two alodine booths. The adjacent support spaces accommodate paint storage and mixing rooms (654 sf), administration offices (2,494 sf), employee break and bathrooms (1,287 sf) and mechanical, electrical and janitorial rooms (1,623 sf). The design facilitates conversion to a commercial air carrier aircraft storage and/or maintenance facility.
