The Sunport III Hangar is a 67,400 square foot manufacturing facility leased to Eclipse Aviation for their final assembly painting operations. The factory provides open floor space for up to four paint booths and two alodine booths. The adjacent support spaces accommodate paint storage and mixing rooms, administration offices, employee break and bathrooms and mechanical, electrical and janitorial rooms. The design facilitates conversion to a commercial air carrier aircraft storage and/or maintenance facility.
