Remodeling of various schools in the Fort Sumner School system to include a new metal roof, new electrical/data & plumbing, and new flooring and most finishes throughout the high school; refinishing the existing locker rooms, drilling and installing a ground source heating system, new plumbing, flooring, etc.; middle school renovation consisting of lighting, HVAC controls, plumbing, flooring and windows; gym & commons renovation including lighting, HVAC tie into the ground source heating, plumbing, windows, flooring; new metal roof, new electrical/data & plumbing, and new flooring and most finishes throughout the elementary school; demolition of the old gym; and new campus-wide sitework including curb and gutter and paving.
