Honolulu Street Apartments took 8.12 acres and transformed it into a vibrant community. The Las Vegas Housing Authority project consisted of developing the site as well as constructing 27 duplex apartments, 6 single family residences and a community center for the neighborhood to enjoy. The wood framed mainly single story buildings were built in an area of old Las Vegas that needed low cost housing for families.
