WINNER OF THE ENR SOUTHWEST BEST OF 2011 AWARD OF MERIT FOR A GOVERNMENT/PUBLIC BUILDING AND THE 2012 ASSOCIATED GENERAL CONTRACTORS NEW MEXICO BEST BUILDING AWARD FOR A $10 - $20 MILLION PROJECT
The Pueblo of Isleta Tribal Services Complex is located on the east side of NM Highway 47 approximately ½ mile south of the Isleta/Hard Rock Casino Resort on approximately 14.5 acres of previously undeveloped tribal land. Situated in the foothills between the Rio Grande Bosque and Manzano Mountains, the centroid of the complex is strategically placed in a natural depression, flanked by two promontories that were sensitively preserved along with the native plants.
This 56,270 square foot multi-level complex co-locates state-of-the-art facilities for the Fire Department, Police Department, E911 Communication, Tribal Courts, Tribal Council, Tribal Administrative Offices, Wellness Center and Tribal Fleet. The lower levels are reserved for public safety operations and tribal leadership functions, while the upper plaza level(s) serve all of the public interface needs.
This project has received recognition as an ENR Southwest Contractor 2011 Award of Merit winner.
