This remodel project consisted of a 9,000 square foot tenant improvement for the Mandara Spa located at the newly renovated Tropicana Las Vegas. The spa includes nine treatment rooms, a fitness center, manicure and pedicure stations, salon, separate women’s and men’s locker room areas with steam rooms, showers and a relaxation lounge. Overlooking the property’s pool area, the project features exquisite finishes of stone, millwork, and glass.
