This project began as a minor interior renovation, new carpet and paint, and evolved into a much larger project.
Jaynes built the 13,000 sf building 20 years ago and it was holding up well, but needed to be brought into the 21st century. It now has 3 crackled glass walled conference rooms with elaborate lighting and audio/visual systems; new cabinetry throughout using exotic wood species and intricate designs by Jaynes Wood Shop; a water feature; tile floors with simulated rivers meandering from the water feature; and many other unique amenities.
