Jaynes is working on the final stages of Phase III which is constructing baseball, softball, and football fields, with irrigation systems, a running track and a restroom building. Phase III will eventually include a dormitory, student union, and fine arts building. Total sf is approx 10,200. The project is LEED Registered.
