48,000 SF split-level gymnasium located on a sloped and constricted site. The structure consists of a caisson/pile cap foundation, 3-Story structural steel frame with concrete block and metal stud exterior and interior walls. The basement level consists of 2 levels of masonry block construction. The scope of work also included extensive site work.
This Physical Education Facility houses regulation NCAA basketball courts with wood flooring, telescoping bleachers, a fitness and exercise center, team locker rooms, official’s offices and a concession stand.
