Educational Facility Renovations
This project consists of the renovation of an existing 2 story facility in which each floor is approximately 24,500 sf. The lower floor will be renovated into a new dining facility consisting of a new kitchen, serving and seating areas and will also include renovated and new restrooms.
The upper floor will include new offices, classrooms, meeting spaces, a law library, and renovated and new restrooms. Each floor will receive infrastructure to include a new fire alarm system, new fire suppression system, emergency lighting, new mechanical systems, and upgraded electrical and plumbing systems.
