Sawmill Lofts

Global Structures was the general contractor for the Sawmill Lofts Project, and participated throughout the design process as part of the development team for this project. Sawmill Lofts is a 60 unit, live-work apartment building intended to support artisans with affordable space to live and create art. Amenities include a common artist work room, oversize elevator, and a large multi-purpose space for social events or meetings.
