Global Structures served as the primary general contractor for this 10,790 square foot facility. This project consisted of new construction of 15 assisted living residence units, each with 188 square feet of living space, a beauty salon, an exercise studio and an education building. The newly constructed buildings were added to 30 existing units in two residence buildings and a day spa on the same property.
