Business Park

 

Construction of a new business park that will be for mixed use. Buildings are concrete tilt-up with metal roof deck and associated site work.

The project consists of a business park with three shell buildings, including a 11,760 SF office building, a 9,600 SF building to be used for offices and a restaurant, and a 37,027 SF multi-tenant building for retail, restaurants and warehousing, accommodated by 298 parking spaces.

Site work included wet and dry utilities, grading, site drainage systems, erosion control, foundation systems, site walkways & hardscape improvements, and site landscaping & irrigation.
