Sunset Mesa Schools

This Sunset Mesa Schools South Campus project included the design and construction of eight new classrooms, a multi-purpose room, four administrative offices, four storage rooms, a staff break room, two playground areas and related site work and landscaping. Construction was wood frame stucco, an EPM roof membrane, and the HVAC was roof mounted gas forced air and electric cooling combo units.
