This project includes construction of two, four-story buildings containing 136 one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment units specifically for seniors. Also included are sitting areas and laundry facilities on all floors, and community commons areas and a fitness room in both buildings. There is also a walking path around the perimeter of the grounds and space to plant gardens.
