The Crossings At Carlsbad Clubhouse

The scope of work includes the construction of three new buildings for Carlsbad’s new golf course. The project entails the following buildings: 24,000 SF clubhouse building, 9,569 SF maintenance facility, 420 SF half-way house and two 390 SF on-course comfort stations.
The project also includes limited associated site work supporting and surrounding these buildings. The buildings are wood framed and masonry block. Clubhouse features include: a pro shop, banquet facilities, a dining room that seats 300, a full-service kitchen, a full maintenance facility, and 250 parking spaces.
