Development of new Industrial Plaza consisting of grading for 50 lots, site utilities, asphalt paving and concrete curbs and gutters.

Infrastructure and site work for a 5,400,000 SF commercial condominium and mini-storage complex. The scope of work included roads, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, electrical work, excavation and grading.
