Global Structures served as general contractor for the new construction of 32 units and clubhouse part of a 323 unit, wood-framed, luxury condominium project. The units range in size from 1,000 sf to 2,200 sf each with their own private garage. The entrance to the community represents a Mexican Plaza and is surrounded by a clubhouse, spa and fitness facility, outdoor pool and decorative sculptures.

Global Structures participated in this project from the master planning stage to completion. In addition to the condominium construction, Global performed all the site and road development for the project. Preconstruction phase services included budget and final cost estimating, proactive value engineering, building system analysis, finishes and materials selection, scheduling and phasing, and coordinating multiple bid packages as the construction documents were completed for the various aspects of the project.
