Greg Krause

executive vice president field operations

Greg joined Jaynes Corporation in 1990 as a laborer in the four corners area. His Area Manager, Ivan Nanneman, offered to help Greg pay for his apprenticeship books to become a carpenter. It was at that point, Greg truly understood that at Jaynes, it was about helping people grow. Twenty-five years later, Greg is still leading the company. His daily goal is to provide leadership and guidance to the field projects and their teams. He uses every opportunity to coach, mentor, and further develop his employees. Greg visits job sites regularly for inspections and troubleshooting. For all field operations, Greg coordinates, organizes, manages and motivate the field teams. He directly oversees equipment, OSHA safety, labor negotiations & product quality to our customers. Greg represents the organization internally and externally at the executive level and translates Jaynes’ business strategy into operational goals with visible metrics. In addition to his regular duties, Greg also oversees the employee engagement committee to help drive employee engagement and overall organizational health.
