Director of Finance
Jennifer Deal began her career in public accounting. However, she quickly heeded the call toward a career in construction, and has spent the last 20 years in the construction industry, including eight years on the Jaynes team. She has a BBA from the University of New Mexico, with a concentration in accounting, and is also a Certified Public Accountant. She has served as President, VP, treasurer and board member of the Albuquerque chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association, and won the Associated General Contractors of America Business Professional of the Year award in 2015. As the Jaynes Director of Finance, Jennifer leads the accounting department by building trust, aligning team goals with organizational goals, and strengthening the leadership team’s interactions with other departments within the organization. She is also dedicated to helping Jaynes employees deepen their understanding of the company’s financials, and how their individual contributions strengthen the company as a whole.
