URENCO Campus Commons
To bring employees together in one central area, URENCO USA was looking for a multi-purpose facility. With Dekker/Perich/Sabatini, our team collaborated through the Design/Build process and successfully completed the URENCO Campus Commons. Inside the facility are meeting rooms, offices, a cafeteria, training rooms, and a gymnasium for the employees.

Central Valley Electric Office Building
This design-build project for Central Valley Co-Op replaces their existing office building and includes a remodel to their current maintenance area as well as extensive site work. During construction our team was able to help the client review office sizes and occupancy uses and make the small changes necessary to ensure the best possible use of space for their needs.

Plaza @ Enchanted Hills
Bed Bath & Beyond, Famous Footwear, Michaels, TJ Maxx, Rue 21, Sally’s, and Kirkland are now available to the Rio Rancho community. In building the plaza, we were faced with a tight schedule to ensure the retailers were able to occupy their spaces on time.

With their lease agreement expiring at an old location, Bed Bath and Beyond was on a tight schedule to move into their new space and it was critical that the schedule did not slip. Jaynes worked with the owner to value engineer the budget to give a best & final price that fit the owner’s needs

Mack Energy Corporate Headquarters
This design build project is a 50,000, two-story with a basement, high end office building for Mack Energy Corporation located just outside of Artesia, NM. It has five below-grade vaults with two safe doors to control access.
Eighty years is more than a milestone. It’s a testament to the resilience and craftsmanship of generations of Jaynes employees. It’s also a testament to the Jaynes community in the Southwest.
