Jaynes Corporation of Colorado completed this project in Durango, Colorado. The new Hilton consists of 78 high-end studios and suites. The hotel also offers conference rooms, a pool, an exercise room, and other amenities for the guests.

The concept of the Montezuma County Combined Courthouse is a derivative of the Mesa Verde landmark. A Kiva element near the main public entry defines the entry plaza and functions as a public community room when not in use as a jury assembly room.

The Wells Fargo Bank is located at the entrance to historic downtown Durango, Colorado. The two-story steel framed facility features teller kiosks, personal banker offices, mortgage and insurance services, a 1+ acre parking lot and a five-lane drive up banking facility.
