This unique full structural steel educational facility encompasses 42,000 square feet of space and focuses on integrating modern learning environments with amenities that foster creativity, collaboration, and hands-on learning experiences.

Mancos Schools
The Mancos Schools project involved multiple phases of construction to an existing K-12 campus located west of Durango. The largely BEST (Building Excellent Schools Today) grant funded project provides much needed expansion and renovation to the Mancos Re-6 School District.

Navajo Prep Student Housing
This 13,000-square-foot, two-story building will accommodate 32 students through 16 sleeping units. This facility includes two Resident Assistant offices, multipurpose rooms, and fully equipped kitchens.

In August 2018, Jaynes completed a four year, multi-phased CMAR venture in Farmington, New Mexico. The facility provides 207,000 square feet of new educational and athletic facilities, 60,000 square feet of renovated space, and eighteen acres of new infrastructure, parking, and landscaping.

Cibola MRI
The Cibola MRI renovation project led by Jaynes encompassed a 1,500-square-foot upgrade, which transformed an existing facility maintenance area into a state-of-the-art MRI room. This renovation also included the creation of essential supporting spaces such as a control room and a treatment room.
Eighty years is more than a milestone. It’s a testament to the resilience and craftsmanship of generations of Jaynes employees. It’s also a testament to the Jaynes community in the Southwest.
