Board and Officer Appointments
The Jaynes Companies is pleased to announce Director and Officer Appointments
Rick Marquardt has been named Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer for The Jaynes Companies and Jaynes Corporation effective March 26, 2014. Rick has been with Jaynes for thirty years and has been President and Chief Operating Officer for The Jaynes Companies as well as serving on the Board of Directors for many years.
Shad James has been named President and Chief Operating Officer for The Jaynes Companies and Jaynes Corporation and appointed to the Board of Directors of Jaynes Corporation effective March 26, 2014. Prior to this appointment, Shad was the Executive Vice President for Jaynes Corporationā€™s Albuquerque Operations. Shad has also served on the Board of Directors for The Jaynes Companies for a number of years and has been employed with Jaynes since 1995.
