As President, Shad directs the development and implementation of long and short-range strategic objectives, sales & marketing strategies, operating business plans, and budgets for increasing returns for Jaynes’ shareholders, which are majority owned by Jaynes employees. He executes the overall strategic direction of Jaynes, communicates, owns and lives the strategic corporate results. Shad is committed to developing highly qualified, motivated and goal-oriented employees; bringing them together as a powerful and cohesive team to achieve immediate and long-term business objectives. Shad believes in developing opportunities and initiatives for his team to succeed within the organization, and empower them to get the job done.
