Albuquerque

Since 1946, Jaynes has flourished as Albuquerque has flourished. As a 100% employee-owned company, we approach every project with a personal stake in the outcome and a responsibility to Albuquerque and the surrounding communities we call home.

Construction is our craft. Jaynes has built the knowledge, field leadership, and technical capabilities required to deliver complex projects throughout the Southwest that rival the capabilities of largest national construction firms. From healthcare and education to public safety, tribal, housing, recreation, hospitality, and civic facilities, our expert teams help owners reduce risk and make informed decisions.

Through thoughtful preconstruction planning, experienced field management, and sustainable construction practices, we partner with owners to create efficient, durable facilities that serve users efficiently for the long term.

Albuquerque is where Jaynes began and where generations of employee-owners have built careers, relationships, and community landmarks. We support education, workforce development, local organizations, and pathways into the construction trades because stronger communities depend on opportunity as much as infrastructure.

Jaynes’ Albuquerque legacy shows up in relationships with five of the region’s most consequential institutions. Our work with the University of New Mexico has supported healthcare, education, research, athletics, and public safety. Projects for the City of Albuquerque have strengthened civic services, recreation, aviation, libraries, and emergency response. Through our work with Albuquerque Public Schools, we have helped create and improve places where generations of students learn and grow. Our healthcare experience with Presbyterian Healthcare Services has supported patient care across the metropolitan area. Our work with the Pueblo of Sandia reflects a lasting relationship spanning public safety, education, hospitality, entertainment, and community facilities. These relationships demonstrate Jaynes’ enduring commitment to building Albuquerque.

Operating in the southwest

Eighty years is more than a milestone. It’s a testament to the resilience and craftsmanship of generations of Jaynes employees. It’s also a testament to the Jaynes community in the Southwest. Since 1946, Jaynes has built more than structures; we’ve built schools where futures begin, hospitals where healing takes place, and workplaces that drive innovation. Most meaningfully, Jaynes has built lasting relationships with owners, communities, and each other. This defines the Jaynes Way.
