Jaynes’ Albuquerque legacy shows up in relationships with five of the region’s most consequential institutions. Our work with the University of New Mexico has supported healthcare, education, research, athletics, and public safety. Projects for the City of Albuquerque have strengthened civic services, recreation, aviation, libraries, and emergency response. Through our work with Albuquerque Public Schools, we have helped create and improve places where generations of students learn and grow. Our healthcare experience with Presbyterian Healthcare Services has supported patient care across the metropolitan area. Our work with the Pueblo of Sandia reflects a lasting relationship spanning public safety, education, hospitality, entertainment, and community facilities. Artesia Public Library
The new Artesia Public Library is a 26,000 square foot building which replaced the former library. The building includes a flying roof over the reading rooms, a teen room, and a separate children’s reading room and theater area with stage lighting. Exterior finishes include masonry and metal panels.

KSI – Carlsbad Chevron Field Office
his project is a two-story 27,480 square foot new building. The 16,570 square foot lower level features a large conference room on one end of the building, a large open office at the other end of the building, breakroom, restrooms, lobby and vestibule, conference room, workroom and electrical closets.

Durango High School Remodel
The Durango High School remodel project, led by Jaynes, involves a comprehensive remodel that addresses functional issues through site upgrades, traffic flow improvements, additional parking with two new parking lots, and changes to the entrance courtyard.

Mancos Schools K-12 | Mancos
Jaynes was awarded this exciting new school project in January of 2018, bringing the total number of schools that Jaynes has built to over 100. The Mancos Schools K-12 project is comprised of nine different campus renovation and expansion projects designed to enhance security and the student experience.

The Liberty School
The Liberty School teaches students in an environment that matches their unique learning abilities. The dyslexic, gifted and twice-exceptional students in first through eighth grade have been able to attend the only school of its kind in the Four Corners region for the past ten years.

Fort Lewis College Student Life Center
The Student Life Center at Fort Lewis College was a student initiated, designed, and alumni funded project. The Center features a three court gymnasium, suspended running track, locker rooms, free weights/cardio equipment, aerobics room, racquetball court, indoor climbing wall, club offices, and lounge.
