Jaynes’ Four Corners operation began in Farmington in 1976 and now serves the region from Aztec. As a 100% employee-owned company, we approach every project with a personal stake in the outcome and a responsibility to the communities across Northwest New Mexico and the greater Four Corners region that we call home.

Construction is our craft. Jaynes combines long-standing regional relationships with the knowledge, field leadership, and technical capabilities developed across 80 years of building throughout the Southwest. From K-12 and higher education to tribal, healthcare, civic, housing, recreation, and public-safety facilities, our teams help owners reduce risk, evaluate options, and make informed project decisions.

Through thoughtful preconstruction planning, experienced field management, self-perform capabilities, and sustainable construction practices, we partner with owners to create efficient, durable facilities suited to the region’s climate, geography, cultures, and long-term needs.

The Four Corners is where generations of Jaynes employee-owners have built careers, trusted relationships, and community landmarks. We support education, workforce development, local organizations, and pathways into the construction trades because stronger communities depend on opportunity, connection, and investment.

Jaynes’ regional portfolio reflects decades of partnership with public, educational, and community institutions. Our work for Farmington Municipal Schools includes Farmington High School and the Farmington Preschool Academy. At San Juan College, the award-winning School of Energy supports hands-on education and workforce development. The multiphase Farmington Civic Center project expanded and modernized an important community gathering place. Projects for Navajo Preparatory School and school districts throughout Northwest New Mexico demonstrate our experience building learning environments that respect local identity and serve future generations. Together, these projects represent Jaynes’ enduring commitment to the Four Corners.

Operating in the southwest

Eighty years is more than a milestone. It’s a testament to the resilience and craftsmanship of generations of Jaynes employees. It’s also a testament to the Jaynes community in the Southwest. Since 1946, Jaynes has built more than structures; we’ve built schools where futures begin, hospitals where healing takes place, and workplaces that drive innovation. Most meaningfully, Jaynes has built lasting relationships with owners, communities, and each other. This defines the Jaynes Way.
