Jaynes’ Four Corners operation began in Farmington in 1976 and now serves the region from Aztec. As a 100% employee-owned company, we approach every project with a personal stake in the outcome and a responsibility to the communities across Northwest New Mexico and the greater Four Corners region that we call home.

Construction is our craft. Jaynes combines long-standing regional relationships with the knowledge, field leadership, and technical capabilities developed across 80 years of building throughout the Southwest. From K-12 and higher education to tribal, healthcare, civic, housing, recreation, and public-safety facilities, our teams help owners reduce risk, evaluate options, and make informed project decisions.

Through thoughtful preconstruction planning, experienced field management, self-perform capabilities, and sustainable construction practices, we partner with owners to create efficient, durable facilities suited to the region’s climate, geography, cultures, and long-term needs.

The Four Corners is where generations of Jaynes employee-owners have built careers, trusted relationships, and community landmarks. We support education, workforce development, local organizations, and pathways into the construction trades because stronger communities depend on opportunity, connection, and investment.

Jaynes’ regional portfolio reflects decades of partnership with public, educational, and community institutions. Our work for Farmington Municipal Schools includes Farmington High School and the Farmington Preschool Academy. At San Juan College, the award-winning School of Energy supports hands-on education and workforce development. The multiphase Farmington Civic Center project expanded and modernized an important community gathering place. Projects for Navajo Preparatory School and school districts throughout Northwest New Mexico demonstrate our experience building learning environments that respect local identity and serve future generations. Together, these projects represent Jaynes’ enduring commitment to the Four Corners.

The Pueblo of Isleta Tribal Services Complex is on approximately 14.5 acres of previously undeveloped tribal land. Situated in the foothills between the Rio Grande Bosque and Manzano Mountains, the centroid of the complex is strategically placed in a natural depression, flanked by two promontories that were sensitively preserved along with the native plants.

Fort Bayard Medical Center
The new 137,000 square foot facility has multiple single-story buildings which offer a non-institutional, residential scale “village style” environment for healthcare. The perimeter patient residence buildings are closely arranged and connected by enclosed walkways.

The 43-bed rehabilitation hospital houses a wide range of rehabilitation services. To cater to the needs of the rehabilitation services, the facility includes an indoor heated therapy pool with a below-grade design finished with tile.

New Meadows Long Term Care Facility Phase 2
Creating a seamless connection to Phase 1 for a total of 95,000 SF, this facility provides an added 72-bed long term care facility for the New Mexico Behavioral Health Institute in Las Vegas, NM. The design uses residential-scaled housing clusters built around courtyards to maintain a home-like atmosphere for residents.
