CNM Ted Martinez Building
Without immediate lay down area for construction materials or easy delivery access to the job site, the renovation of the Ted Martinez Building at Central New Mexico Community College presented a challenge. The surrounding campus activities and other limitations meant delivery coordination around the college and high school students as well as campus faculty and staff was required.
Before construction start, the project was a dated space and needed improvements to make the building functional to the level CNM’s operations require. With the existing structure maintained, we demolished most of the interior space, made upgrades to the facility’s systems, and installed updated fixtures.
The new space welcomes the campus administration staff and faculty. Throughout, new finishes reflect modern design and add a sense of place for the CNM community.
