Dreamstyle – Renewal by Andersen

This project took place in the Renaissance business district with heavy traffic next door at the Sportsman’s Warehouse.  The two-story new building construction included a first floor showroom (20,000 SF)/warehouse (3,500 SF), second floor office (5,000 SF), and minor site-work and landscaping.  The retail showroom features Renewal by Andersen, Cal Spas, Luxury Baths, 4 Seasons Sunrooms, and Blaze King.

The company’s products were used in the design of the building. From a sunroom showcased on the east side of the building, to every one of the 249 windows, inside the building consumers will experience a holistic shopping environment where they can purchase almost anything they see.  The project was constructed on budget and on time. The building includes hundreds of energy efficient windows and is filled with natural light. Other energy efficient features include censored lighting and partial heating of the building by pellet and gas stoves.
