Changing the Valley
The Blake Hotel is a catalytic project for the future developments in the area. We are proud to support the development and build a facility reflective of the Taos Ski Valley’s unique heritage. Once this project is completed, individuals can visit their hotel room or private residence, spa rooms, fitness area, yoga studio, or massage room.
Facing the Uncontrollable
Godzilla El Niño brought the largest snowfall Taos Ski Valley has seen in years. Throughout the winter, despite the snowfall, we continued construction. We had to coordinate each step of the winter construction around the storms and work with weather limitations to find solutions for the project’s progression.
Building by the model
Virtual Design Construction technologies let us see systems, resources, and challenges of a project before we even begin. We coordinate the information with the project’s subcontractors so everyone has access to the information. At The Blake Hotel, we solved clashes before material installation resulting in saved time and money.
