Central Valley Electric Office Building

This design-build project for Central Valley Co-Op replaces their existing office building and includes a remodel to their current maintenance area as well as extensive site work.  During construction our team was able to help the client review office sizes and occupancy uses and make the small changes necessary to ensure the best possible use of space for their needs.  As the project progressed, the Co-Op was able to add a good amount of work to the project scope, including a new truck shop as well as a new parking area and other paved spaces which helped significantly improve the traffic flow for the entire complex.

This highly efficient mechanical system helps the Co-Op save substantial energy, which they illustrate on a monitor in their main public lobby.  Our team assisted the Co-Op in assembling a technical report as part of an application for the “Rural Energy for America Program” Grant, which helps rural businesses purchase, install, and construct renewable energy systems.  They were successful and were awarded a grant.
