Kearny Elementary School

The project included phased construction of 27,000 square feet and 51,000 square feet of renovation to the existing school. We tied in several underground utilities during school breaks to limit down times at the school. Our team worked with teachers to integrate construction into the classroom.

Through discussions with the electrical subcontractor, the superintendent discovered shorter routing for the main electrical feeder which saved the project money. This was done without an impact on the original design intent and end-user desires. The team remained proactive and adapted to the needs of students and educators.
