Lincoln County Medical Center

Lincoln County Medical Center is a two story medical office building located next to Presbyterian Hospital in Ruidoso. The facility includes suites of exam rooms and office space for local and visiting physicians. This facility was made possible by collaborative efforts between our team, the Owner and the Design Team. Each party participated in successful engineering efforts, yielding $100,000 in savings even with the addition of several items to the project like hands-free faucets, improvements to the drainage system and electronic door access system.

During construction, Our in-house Virtual Design Construction (VDC) team developed a construction model to coordinate system, identify potential clashes, to save the project time and extra cost. Starting with VDC early had an impact on quality, safety, and job site collaboration since the entire team had access to new and pertinent information to build.
