San Juan College Infrastructure Improvements Roads & Signage

The SJC Infrastructure Improvements Roads & Signage project focused on revitalizing the main entrance of San Juan College, covering various aspects including retention ponds, wayfinding signage, a new bike/walking path, and roadway repairs. The primary objective was to enhance traffic flow and circulation within the campus by implementing key features such as a new entryway arch, a roundabout, and a bus loop. Additionally, extensive landscaping efforts and the creation of bike lanes and a new parking lot connecting Student Housing and the Health and Human Performance Center aimed to improve accessibility and navigation for both students and visitors.

The project offers enhanced accessibility to the campus, particularly during events, and has received positive feedback for the addition of a new bike/walking path, promoting active transportation options. The project’s successful conclusion demonstrates Jaynes’ dedication to executing initiatives that have a positive impact on communities and educational institutions like San Juan College.
